The Fullness of God

As we come to the final three months of 2020, we must pray for the Body of Christ. Jesus is calling us to maturity, Hebrews 5:14 “But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.” We must learn not to call what is evil – good and what is good – evil. I believe that God hates all sin, and we as believers must not condemn one sin and allow other sins to be ignored and or tolerated. Sinners cannot act like saints; God is calling the Body of Christ to preach the Gospel with God’s anointing so that men’s hearts will be convicted to turn to Jesus. We are not called to align (support and make parallel) ourselves to the world’s systems or beliefs. We are Kingdom people and the world systems are not our inheritance. Jesus said, 1 John 2:15-29, King James Version 15 “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abides forever. 18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. 20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. 21 I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.”

In Psalm 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it”. Therefore, it holds then that everything that happens in heaven or on earth is subject to God's commands. He is in charge of all things. Nothing can take place without Him sanctioning it.” God is in control! So, we must align with God’s commands and speak His Word over our world, even when men are not aligning to His commands. With that being said let us pray for the Body of Christ this prayer:

Father God, thank You for calling the Body of Christ around the world to pray and unite. Thank You for increasing Your presence, power, anointing and abundance throughout the world. You are great and do wondrous things. You alone are God, and You are in complete control of what is going on in this world; for nothing happens without your permission. Let Your Kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lord, as Your people, we humble ourselves, pray and seek Your face and turn from our wicked ways, You will hear from heaven, forgive our sins, and heal the land. We will be humble, gentle, and patient with each other; making allowance for each other’s faults in love. We will be kind to one another, tenderhearted and forgiving, even as You, Lord, have forgiven us in Christ. Holy Spirit help us to live out the Word we just prayed to You. Remove the obstacles that hinder the formation of peaceful and loving relationships between the members of the Body of Christ. Forgive us, for our many sins. Forgive us for idolatry and being self-centered and self-absorbed. Forgive us when we have had a form of Godliness but denied Your power. Forgive us for not always being Kingdom-minded. Holy Spirit remind us that we need to forgive and yield not to temptation but to be delivered from all that is evil. Lord, You are Holy, Just, and true are Your ways. No one can be compared to You! Yours is the Kingdom, power, and glory forever. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
